By the way, DNA being environmentally influenced, the place of birth and living makes a difference. It's not a set canvas, even if that'd make things easier.

I think we're touching a cultural difference between The USA and Europe on this subject. Race isn't an accepted classification in social studies here anymore.

Good to know you have friends in Jp and CA. That's not a random racist rant, that was reserved to me, very, very, occasionnally. That's a pervasive reaction from 90% of our friends, including JP-born japanese living abroad. But you'll have to take my word for it  :-\

That doesn't make DNA irrelevant. It tells an ancient story and provides the building blocks for the present and future. You guys can choose to dismiss its relevance at your own discretion. Biologists will laugh at you and the world will keep turning. Just sayin'.

If you want to just slap 'FRENCH' on Napoleon and censor all the other factors that made him who he was, go for it. Enjoy.

I don't even want to get into the complexities of our various branches of Social Science and what your perceptions of them might be.

It is a bit odd all the romanticism and celebration of a failed tyrant that plunged all of europe into war and devastation. If Hitler didn't have concentration camps, would it be okay for Germany to keep him buried in a national mausoleum? Just curious. Not happy enough with Charlemagne or Jean D'Arc?

What? your statement is a contradiction. DNA is fundamental. Race is obsolete? I think language barrier is invoking itself. I also don't think you comprehend our 'schools' as well as you think you do. Again, you are mixing things up.
