The RS1 was my second headphone, after getting an HD600. I didn't really know what I was doing with the terms, but it's funny (or maybe sad) how after 7 years nothing's changed. I just use more flowery language now.

I'm not sure, I just did an advanced search from random curiosity a while ago and laughed when I saw that it's been 7 years since getting into headphones and I'm still bitching about too much treble! :p

It is funny because all of my questions could now be solved in about a 5 minute google search. Ah the young days of the interwebz. I actually remember that Sony wanted like $12 to download the manual in pdf.

i don't think i ever made a thread on head-fi, ever. i know i still post there quite frequently. that's bout it. i never had reason to since all the headphone and audio decisions were my own and all i did in the past was study what was suitable for me and after months of searching i came to the conclusion the 240DF's were.

Had been lurking for about 2.5 years by then....

I think my first post qualifies as lamest first post ever (and shortest)!

What forced me to register and post was a group buy on a Meier Audio Porta Corda amp.
