First post on HF was health hazard advice on using ear impression kits at home.
http://www.head-fi.org/t/581834/word-of-caution-custom-iem-ear-impressions#post_8008484

I did make impression and then my own CIEM

Just curious, why are you banned? Also says you're a MOT?

Not sure why ? I have tried to mail admin and Jude no reply.

Jude is onto us

If so what about it?

:)p13 :)p13 :)p13 Tyll's first post thread made me laugh:

Jude: ... "But how I do love my inexpensive V6's!"
http://www.head-fi.org/t/143/which-is-the-best-sony-full-size-headphone-ever-made#post_1138

Tyll: "Sony headphones SUCK!" ...

Jude: "Ah, say what you will about Sony headphones" ... "I like them so much, I'm thinking of running out to MARS today to buy another pair (in the form of a Sony MDR-7506) to keep at home" ...

Well... I only posted out there for about 7 months.

My first: http://www.head-fi.org/t/531861/nuforce-icon-hd#post_7576116

Things took a turn in early 2012 that proved my claim wrong that the NuForce Icon HD had no rival for the price. :)p8

I've bumped into this thread a couple of times and have tried a couple of times to find my first post on Head-Fi unsucessfully.  I think there may be issues with the database curfuffle that happened a number of years ago.  As I recall I joined about two days after it started. The post was probably just saying "howdy, I'm here" greeting people who had fled from HeadWize.

Also when I click "show posts" on Head-Fi it limits out at 100 pages of posts and my history only goes back to '09. So no joy with that method.

Anyway, if someone knows how to find your first post I'd be curious.

But don't work on it too hard, I really don't give much of a sh1t but for being a little curious.

Tyll, I can't find one of yours older than this: http://www.head-fi.org/t/143/which-is-the-best-sony-full-size-headphone-ever-made#post_1277
It just might be your first out there.

Well, you can at least find the first post where you used a space (e.g. coherent sentences):

Use the Advanced Search:
  • Put a space in the Keywords box.
  • Put the username in the Search by Username box.
  • Narrow Results "Posts Only".
  • Search in Forum(s) "Forums".
  • Find Threads from "A Year Ago" and "Older".
  • Sort Results by "Update / Posting Date" "in Ascending Order".
Worth the effort? Probably not.

Mine was http://www.head-fi.org/t/194430/rio-technology-not-dead-yet#post_2331786 on 9/2/06. I was a misguided high school junior.

Tyll, your first post was http://www.head-fi.org/t/114/headrooms-new-web#post_758 on 6/23/01.

EDIT: Wow, this thread is OLD.

Good grief, I actually thought the Audio Technica AD300 was "good for the money".

I was just looking for a reliable Fiio E07k or Fiio E17 seller to use it with my HD 681 Evo, nothing else...
And now I`m starting to save money to buy a CIEM and some other stuff next year  facepalm
Maybe I should`ve never subscribed, althought now it`s too late  :-S
