I luv Godsmack!!  But....so far only Generation Day does anything for me on this new album.  1000hp is pretty decent but it's too far from Godsmack and too close to LA/Hollywood glam rock (LA Guns, GnR, etc) for my tastes. Would have preferred more layering and percussion on that track.  I hope they credited Metallica on Nothing Comes Easy.

I'm sure it's in MF's post somewhere, what isn't  , but thought I'd throw up  quick one for the new Interpol album, El Pintor.


Seems like some are being a little critical of the album, but I think Interpol has moved back to what works better for them with tracks that resemble the strong stuff from Turn on the Bright Lights and Antics.  This album is a radical change for the good when compared to the, what should be forgotten, self titled release. 

The first half of the album is definitely stronger.  If you're not up for grabbing the whole album, don't miss "My Blue Supreme".
