Ahoy mateys! I've been a music fan for a long time but have recently gotten into headphones. This forum seems to "keep it real" much more than some of the other ones so I'm looking forward to hanging out and learning.

HOWDY mighty waterfall plotters!!

Long time Head-fi member since 04.  I took a long 6-7 year forum hiatus after 2007.  A month or so ago my Earmax-original started to develop weird channel imbalances, so I log back into HF surfing for tube info/impressions.  Ended up with some Holland/Amperex tubes for the earmax and they sound great.  I picked up an HD650 along the way (OOPS!!)... and well here I am!!!  surfing the HD650 data plots and the likes, trying to better comprehend what I am hearing, the whole "veil" and everything.

I have always known about this site and refer to the data presented here.  I figure what the heck time to join up!!
