Hello everyone!  I fell to earth out of the mothership mid 60's after intercepting and experimenting with plans for portable hole construction.  It didn't go well.  After landing hard I spent the next 10 years aclimating to my new surroundings.  During this time I became intrigued with the cultural phenomenon of music and its reproduction.  The early gear reminded me much of the technology we used on that 1947 trip we made.  (That one didn't go well either).

Anyway I have enjoyed all things audio for over 40 years and I can't stand a lot of the bs that a lot of people get caught up in.  ie cable cookers and such.  I hope this is a place I'll fit in.

I wrote a very long nonsensical subjective audio review once shortly after trying Opium and lost all credibility ever since.

I'm too individualistic to fit in well on most places on the internet, yet I somehow reached 10,797 posts on head-fi which was an annoying and bleak existence to say the least, yet there were a few thrilling moments, 10,797 is a tribute to the AD797.

I'm quite passionate about op-amps, DAC's, speakers and IEM's, I'm not really a collector I just like to expand my horizons and hear new sounds.

I really like sharing my findings of special or high quality sounds with others and the average populace, therefore I wish for the highest sound quality at the lowest prices.

I found audio distanced me from music and was a little anti-social, I'm undertaking some new pursuits now.
