Hello, I was told about this place on IRC.  I've only been an audiophile a couple of years.  I live in hawaii so not many headphone meetups.  I started out with Sennheiser hd590 plugged directly into my pc but never really thought about sound much.  Now I'm using an aune t1 dac/amp and hifiman he-300 with jriver.  I also have ultrasone hfi-550 for listening to EDM and I plan on upgrading my headphone amp to the maverick audio A1 tube amp.  I am pretty happy at the level I'm at and am not sure if I'll ever get into truly high end stuff like stax.  But I probably will :P

Was actually thinking about starting an IRC channel for us. But the shoutboxes seem to work fine out of convenience.
