Hi all, I'm an audio noob and found this forum when i was reasearching the t50rp mods after lurking headfi. I have always loved audio growing up and even bought the sony walkman flipphones in highschool. In college I went in and bought my first "real" cans with hd280s and proceeded to buy shure e3cs.

Since the 8 years of ownership i have blue tac modded them for more a bass response and sadly i bought some beats studios at their outlet sale. Since i only use them on planes they have since been collecting dust and now I am researching to find some real replacements for the hd280s.

I hope to learn alot and will be lurking quite a bit.

currently own:
hd280s directly plugged into my x-fi titanium hd for computer gaming and movies

vsonic vsd1 with a fiio rocky to my samsung gs3 for commuting.
