I commented over at head-fi about this too, I can be slightly less impolitic/more direct here. 1. USB-OTG cables aren't hard-to-find at all. Even Amazon is crazy flooded with them. If LH Customer Service told you that USB-OTG cables would be hard to find, I'd like you to reproduce the text of the email here so that we can poke fun at them about it. 2. USB-OTG has been supported on numerous Android devices since well before Lollipop. Again, if they told you this, send along the messages for entertainment value.
