Probably the Wyrd, where even Schitt is like "eh, it MIGHT work, it MIGHT not". At least they're upfront about it. USB based sources have been so rotten for me, I've almost been tempted to try it.

Well, the Wyrd is more of a fixes certain problems which you probably don't have but some people do thing.

But such is the hifi world: even with genuine problem-fixing kit, there will always be people who hear the difference, even though they didn't have the problem in the first place. It's like carefully adjusting the sliders on the EQ and then noticing that you didn't click "enable EQ." Yes... Me. Only a couple of days ago, but that wasn't the first time and probably won't be the last. According to Ethan Winer, even pros are prone to that one  :-[

Machina Dynamica has been around forever. I thought it was some kind of April Fools thing at first, but they have seemingly real feedback on Agon and whatnot so who knows. Maybe some people actually buy the "brilliant pebbles."

That rb2013 guy... I'm not sure if I can trust what he says or not. On one hand, he has provided valuable information on the U12 and modding, as well as possibly making the MX-U8 a new fotm SPDIF converter. On the other hand... stuff like this makes him less credible.

I dunno... that one doesn't really trigger the snake-oil reaction from me. Electrical noise from a small motor (even as small as a computer fan) is at least believable; whether it falls into the audible realm is another debate. Besides, at $12 for a populated pcb it's not like he's selling shiny pebbles at markup here.

edit: heck, there's power filters on that ebay store that also fit into the RAM, PCIe, and SATA slots... I could buy all 4 for less than a Wyrd

Didn't they start off making stands/supports/wood blocks like Shun Mook (of the Mpingo fame, i wonder what's become of them)? As far as I can see, their products are neither "machines" nor remotely "dynamic" so that probably says something about these pebbles and mods over the telephone.

I'm not sure. Mostly they just seem to be audiophool trolls. Like companies like Synergistic or Shakti or whoever will at least attempt to come up with justifications for their products, whereas MD basically says "strap these bags of rocks to your cables. It will sound better because we say it does."
