It's a type of chilli sauce made with fermented black beans, Chinese prickly ash, chili, canola oil, salt, and a bunch of other things.  It looks like a big pile of  poo but tastes divine.  You can add it to pretty much anything and it'll taste good.

I tried this on my LCD-2's. I cancelled my RMA. Wow, the mids, the highs....audio nirvana, until the damn sauce got in my right ear, man does that shit burn.   :-0
