Recently stumbled over this internet radio station, the ConcertZender's section for comtemporary music:
Concertzender Nieuwe Muziek
(don't ask me about their website which seems a bit chaotic, i found it under an internet radio portal)
Other than most "classical" stations (what is "classical" about contemporary experimental music?). they are not sending short movements only in an unappetizing, muzak-like stream, but longer works, or even series of related works.
Sound quality is often very good, despite(?) the 160kbps format. The fabulous sounding recordings of some of the stuff in the Ligeti Project series, for example,

(litened to over a $100 DAB radio + Fidelio X2 phones)
