What about the Odac vs. the Modi?

Best way I can put it, the Modi is technically more competent with a warmer overall tone.  Imaging is cleaner and more precise, but less spacious.  Overall signature is more smooth and refined.  ODAC has a wider soundstage and more sizzling treble that can get fatiguing.  There's more air between instruments but they are fuzzier and rougher sounding.  ODAC is more exciting sounding but can be tiring depending, Modi is more proficient and relaxed.
