Yeah, it's a little tricky the first time you're getting into the system, but once you've figured it out, you can do all sorts of cool things to tweak your UI to have all sorts of features, like gurubhai's layout (in addition to stuff like pulling Wikipedia artist page, etc.).

Feel free to PM me your email address if you'd like me to just email you my theme and some basic instructions.  All my UI stuff is stock Foobar UI so there's nothing unusual there.  You're actually pretty close to being done.

Man this is the most awesome thread ever..only this last weekend i was feeling how bad the state of affairs my digital library is in. ANd the plain jane UI that foobar defaults to is uninspiring..

I would love to have what you and guru can provide in terms of tid bits to have that kickass UI.

PM incoming!

I'm using a skin called DarkOne. I've attached a couple of pics.

Seriously! This thread is geek porn.

I'm going to try the DUI skin similar to Gurub's.

@LFF -- I'm going to be hogging up your station listening to your remasters next week!

Here is mine after a few mods  :)p7. It still needs some work.

A bit compressed music, but what can I say... wish it wasn't   :)p5.

You guys have some amazing looking setups. Really nice work guru  :-0

Me, I am an audiofile of the highest order, for maximal sound quality I only listen in Notepad with my Helium as dielectric cables.

My digital library is sort of a mess as well on my QNAP. I will usually have an idea of what I want to listen to then use Windows search to find it, then load the album into foobar  :-[

If you want to be hardcore, the original JPLAY was command prompt only :)

I highly suggest just dumping all your music into /music directories on your HDDs, then using Foobar's media library by folder organization.

Does Foobar Media Library organize by tags or folder structure?
