Anyone find it interesting with all the discussion we've had on this forum over the years about 'stat' sound versus dynamics/orthos that Sennheiser is using a thicker, not thinner material?

So long as it doesn't bend :P

I was told that the Orpheus used glass stators which made it so expensive. Wonder if they have the same thing going on
