Man, I'll have to go home and take a picture or two. Got into sneakers around the end of last year, I've ended up with quite a few.

Gold Foams, Legend Blue 11s, Black/White 1s, nothing too "fire" but I like all of them.

That said, recently picked up a pair of Greats Natural Leather Royales to use as beaters. Pretty big fan of natural leather as a material and how it ages, highly recommend so far.

Nice!  Yeah post up pics of your kicks!

I'm hoping to get the J1OG's in this order of preference now:
1.  2013 Royals (Definitely want)
2.  Frags (Definitely want)
3.  Gym Reds (If one comes available for a decent price: rare)
4.  Jeters (If it's at a decent price)
5.  All Black Japan 2001

I'd like get these but I think I'm holding off on the first two picks to get the QP1.  It kills me because I'm in a FB group that does raffles a lot and theres one with both the Jeter's and Frags.  They also get all the new stuff and resell for decent prices.  If not they have an ATC (add to cart) service through Solepalace who bot everything.

I agree with the Adidas Sambas. I have to buy a second pair.



Light, real leather, durable materials and no bullshit marketing. This is a good sneaker made to survive life that does not fall apart like the modern plastic sneakers. Even the vintage ones still look better than new sneakers today in terms of build quality and finish.

Call it the light Land Rover Defender of sneakers.

I totally agree about the more recent shoes.  They might look good but quality wise many aren't as good as the vintage shoes.  I'm not too fond of a lot of the resale prices too since many are rape prices but if one comes around for a decent price I'll cop.

Add supporting inlay soles if you have sensitive feet and these are amazing. My feet feel uncomfortable on flat inlay soles so I have these Stanno inlay soles for indoor sports.

The standard inlay sole is decent though. It is not as bad as standard Chuck Taylors which are worse than cardboard slippers.

This is one of the reasons why I like the K-Swiss Classics. They're very comfortable and durable. I can usually get a couple years (or more) of wear from a pair. Their soles are high quality.

I've tried swapping the insole and haven't found one yet thats durable for when I play.  I'm explosive and usually the stock insole hold up pretty well but I can't recall the insoles I've used to see if it would help.  They end up torn to bits and become very uncomfortable.  Got any recommendations?

I do recall a lot of tennis players using them also. 

Now that you mentioned it, I haven't seen to many K-swiss shoes in my town.  I may need to order some online.

Look for soles made for indoor hockey and soccer. Supporting insoles for indoor sports where hard floors pound your feet, ankles and knees are amazingly firm and comfortable at the same time.
