UE-IERM Frequency Response

Raw uncompensated. Still playing around with tube lengths, which makes a huge difference in measurements.

Does the vagina leak? Maybe it just needs some caulk  ;)

Really nice.  I like that it goes flat to 2k instead of 1k like a lot of HPs.

I wonder if the broad rise from 2kHz to 5kHz is noticeable. Gotta see the CSD to know more. I know some Japanese websites has CSD for earphones, like http://www.geocities.jp/ryumatsuba/ and http://sonove.angry.jp/, which is also very helpful in understanding the characteristics of iems/headphones.

Since the freq response is measurable, I guess the CSD is also possible?

Defuse field EQ in the mids

I urge caution... much tweaking is still required. Data is preliminary

CSD coming up... after my nap

Many do consider the UERM to have a slight mid forwardness.  Most of my favorite phones tend to be to some degree.

Would the emphasis in the mids make the UERM seem bass shy? I come from Phonak PFE 112 and have not heard any other IEM.
