End game IEM amp?

What would you guys consider to be endgame CIEM amps? Most of my listening is at work, and I have yet to find a full-sized headphone that is both closed (open office), doesn't have its response destroyed by wearing glasses, and doesn't weigh a million pounds, so I almost exclusively use iems. Most top-tier amps seem to not play well with iems while portable amps meant for sensitive headphones sound only marginally better than my Galaxy s5. Are there any top tier desktop amps that are a good match for sensitive iems?

Don't envy you, man. Most end-game-ish amps are pretty high in power and also high-ish in noise floor. I've built a few amps and only one (QRV08) had the noise floor to be usable with IEM's.

Maybe that Leckerton thing as all you'd need. What source you'd be using?

EDIT: oops! didn't see "desktop" in the OP. The Leckerton is MUCH better than your s5, and if you get Nick to tweak the gain, you will get a lot of pot. to play with. If you need it to be stationary, set Leckerton on your desk, and weigh it down if needed. If you can't hear a difference between Leckerton and your s5, then you probably shouldn't worry about spending much time or money finding a super desktop CIEM amp.

Are you looking for amp only, or DAC/amp? iFi may have solutions for you either way, either the iDSD micro (w/DAC) or the iCAN micro (amp only).

iDSD micro from factor is not really usable on-the-go as it got longer chassis (but totally fine as transportable) imo.
How about you try otg from your phone to leck(using usb audio pro app)

I'm banking on the Geek Out V2+ Infinity Edition to be my IEM endgame.  My two desktop amps are not good for IEMs.  My Leckerton may end up being the  amp with a signal from the GO V2+ but I think the 100mw gain setting and direct signal path should make it my endgame for IEMs.

V2 infinity > leckerton is fucking fantastic. Been in a daze all day listening to this.

whatever cheapie cable I'm using at the moment. right now I'm using some old ass silver IC I made years ago for a DAP but I also use regular ol mogami w2799 copper wire at less than $1/foot and it sounds the damn same.


Also, you should buy the leck.
