Are the LEDs still bright on these? I'd like them to be at least 10-20 lumens dimmer, otherwise no-go.

Also, crimson red for the right RCA plug? Would be 100x better with scarlet red.

100% fail, Schiit.

Jason, I have to put tape on the LEDs on the Magni 2 to make them less bright. What kind of two-bit Schiity company makes me have to mod my amps?

I just ordered my Magni 2 hours ago. Why isn't it here yet?

I'm also hearing hum coming from the motor of my refrigerator when the amp is turned off. Why does your amp not project a cone of isolation over me and my headphones?

I can verify I am having this defect as well. Is there an official company statement yet? Need to RMA now!

Also, I duct taped a battery to the wallwart line in, and the amp will not turn on. I have tried AA, AAA, 9V and D batteries. I will try C batteries tonight, but I may just have a defective unit.

No problem, just use about 10 batteries and switch them on and off about 60 times a second, it will work.

So you guys usually say that the Vali >>> Lyr 1 (or Valhalla 1, don`t remember exactly) and Magni >>> Argard 1
so maybe...
Magni 2 >>> Asgard 2 ?

They are what's on my desk at home. No kidding.

But then again, I use both headphones and powered monitors at the desk. And the desk is small. So it's perfect for that.
