Have any of you compared Apple earpods, Amazon premium earphones, and Samsung galaxy earbuds.
I really want to know which on is the best among these.

If you are used to good headphones, any of the above will give you headache in 10 min.
For comparisons sake - Earpods are bit improved versions of the old white duds. But as with most ear buds they still sound very hollow. You'll end up adjusting them more than listening to music.
Samsung/Sony/... phones  have very processed sound(Syrupy and bassy). So, if you intend to use galaxy headphones make sure to change the phone. Galaxy S3 earphones were passable.
Really, phone coupled earphones are just terrible. Most of them won't sound offensive for first few min. but it dosen't take long to identify the faults.

Earbuds only or in ears that come with mobiles phones too? Also, only earbuds that come with phones or ear buds in general too?

The earpods sounded nice to me, definitely not as poor as they measure. Still, not acceptable as a replacement for fullsizes, imo.

Oh no, earpods are most definitely not a replacement for full size cans but something very useable for jogging or in bed when one using full sized cans will be inconvenient. The reason I also mentioned them was because I like them more than lots of universal IEMs and they are cheap.

I can't get the earpods to stay in my ears.. they never get a decent fit, so they never sound good.  I tried the thin foam pads on 'em, and they still fall out.

ahh then look for something else if it falls off. One of the main reasons I mentioned them was because it fits my ears better than any universal IEM LOL
