Contract has been signed. Deposit put down. The event board is tentatively the "Hollywood Headphone Hobbyists" meet or H3.

Total costs are $35 (+ service charges and CA taxes) per 6' table which requires power - which the hotel will set up.

Any chance of reduced hotel rates for this event? I would be staying at the event hotel.

Airfare is not too bad if I book soon through southwest, $250 each way.
