I like the idea and hope the new site will keep encouraging the "tell it like it is" transparency towards gear that exists here. This open discussion, combined with measurements is what brings a lot of value to CS. Plus the super awesome people and general discussions as well.

I didn't know Changstar might go "bye-bye".
Hopefully the new home will still have measurements archived and provide a similar experience to those of us who mostly lurk around.

P.S. I like the suggested approach of creating some kind of "standard" wrt measurements and having an edgier place but create a nicer (or approachable I guess) place to hang and shoot da sheit.

I just want to say, that while shoutbox is disabled I am heckling samsung's-rip-off-of-apple's-already-annoying-circle-jerk-of-a-product-release-"event" alone.

Maybe it's just my imagination, but it seems like they put a smaller, non-removable battery in the Note 5. Then they removed the IR blaster and the SD slot. And more or less kept the screen from the Note 4.

But, man, they managed to shave off 5 grams. FIVE WHOLE GRAMS FUCK YA.

If this is reimagined, I don't want to see what their "revolutionary" is.

Oh yeah, I was poking fun at the ~~iphone 6 plus~~ galaxy s6 edge plus.

The Note 5 is even more idiotic. "Forget all the function! Now its prettier! And still as expensive!!"

um it also has the same SoC as the S6 now so it's stupid fucking powerful

It's a bigger GS6 with the pen. Disappointing that they went with the double glass design, they should've put a real leather back on it like the LG G4, so it's not just a slightly bigger GS6, which also has a smaller battery than the GS5.

One Plus 2 all the way.

My dumbass question of the day- is it safe to keep my CIEMs plugged into my Asgard 2 while turning the power on/off? For the hardware, not my hearing, since they won't be seated during the process.

If the primary goal is changing the site's reputation (probably unnecessary), a name change won't do that.
