It's a matter of compensation. A combination of reverse DF and a slight bass lift would do it. I believe the IEC couplers might have a similar curve.

I'd take a look at the relative differences between the Tenores and Verb. The Verb has a shitload more bass than the Tenores.

It is the data from my measurement rig + Diffuse Field Target Compensation.

Maybe there is QC problem or product variation? Or because of sound leakage

I used the big tips which are the only ones that fit me. With those tips the Tenores had more bass on this particular set. Could be that somehow there was some leakage when using the big tips. I should indeed have used more tips.

Also, the difference between left and right driver point to driver variations.

Anax has the Verbs while Rich has his Tenores back.

Mids are shit in the Verbs.
