Sigmas are classy.

That's the point.  Going with the Sigmas over the D7100 isn't shaping up to be much of a sacrifice.

Seriously?  Maybe that was a little harsh, but you can say whatever you want.  It's all about how things are said and on the internet this has to be inferred in a kind of vague way.  I had no idea who Ultrabike was, he's not on head-fi.  He signed up here and immediately started responding to every post, and no one had any idea who he was.  HC would have destroyed him.  It's kind of a bold move to sign up for a new forum and immediately throw that out there so casually.  Once I saw where he was coming from with the gay comment, it was fine.  If any of you said the same thing I wouldn't have said anything.  Though I may have raised an eyebrow. 

There's also different reasons for wearing/owning Beats.  Most people buy them because they've been brainwashed.  But there's tons of innocent and/or informed Beats owners.  Like Purrin   I could care less what you buy, it's about the reasoning behind it.  If you bought some Beats, I'm sure you'd have good reason to, just as Purrin does.  But most people are buying them so they can be like Dr Dre.  Which I'm going to make fun of- not the Beats owning, but the reason they bought them. 

Hope that clears things up a bit.  ultrabike, please don't respond, I'm not trying to start a debate here.
