In a state of transition in my main rig and bought a Modi 2U to tide me over, I've been equally impressed with it as well. It reminds me of a mature Gamma 2. It's essentially neutral, but it has a touch of warmth that makes it very natural. The sound is dynamic and has a nice bass slam as well. Sense of space was first thing I noticed about it when I first plugged it into my system.

Love the Modi 2U!
It replaced my Nuforce Icon HDP... yeah I know... ;-)
I don't miss the NuForce at all.

My Wyrd is just begging to be separated from GO450 to loan to a pyrate for proper Modi 2 Uber and BiFrost Uber smack down.

Or else lighten my wallet and stick Wyrd in front of BiFrost Uber and call it done.
