Yea, I guess it was really expensive option then. The monitor 10s were already selling close to 600 a piece I believe. Well hope you run into a good pair of 10's for a reasonable price and condition. They are good sounding speakers in my opinion even with the sl2000 tweeters they're not bad. Just of course they're not as smooth and nice as my technics sb7000a but are good with a good room.


Hopefully upgrading the crossovers and buying the rdo198 upgraded tweeters get them about close or at same level as my SB7000A's.  Just gonna have to wait though cause I already made lot of major purchases this month, especially for the holidays.
