New FR graphs OTW

I really haven't done "real" FR graphs until now. The FR graphs that I'm putting up on this site are now compensated. In other words, they should reflect reality somewhat. This effort took me quite some work and I'm still not 100% sure about everything. Still, the preliminary results look very good.

I will not be putting up any uncompensated graphs on HF. Too much potential for misuse.
