I've become more sensitive to higher frequencies recently (possibly because I was using Focal Pro in May) and ER4 started bothering me. So I decided to try some filters, and Mouser sent me a lot more orange 3.3 kOhm acoustic dampeners by mistake. If anyone wants to experiment with them, message me and I'll drop half a dozen in the mail in a small piece of plastic shielding. They're longer than the stock green Ety filters but Comply tips fit over them fine and I suppose other tips would too.

I never got over the light bass and ultra deep insert. Sold it to a friend and got Earsonics SM3v2. Never looked back.
