Brought a pair of ct as a replacement for my old tdk. So far it sounded pretty good. Very nice tonal balance excellent treble rendering no glare or anything like that. Guitars and vocals sounded pretty good with these. Bass sounded a tad loose though. Not a knock against the earphone just thought it should be noted. Oh and clarity's superb far better than my old tdk in this department. Overall I'd give it a thumbs up.

P.s The cable feels a bit poo but for $60 who gives a poo.

Feels flimsy.  A bit too thin and soft for my liking.  It could just be me.

I agree, though it's pretty average for non-braided. It's not just you.

Many IEMs, even braided ones considered durable such as ER4, feel flimsy to me regardless of their actual durability. I think of all IEMs as less durable than headphones even though I don't really believe that.
