On content distribution, what's pissed me off most recently is ESPN3. I've got Time Warner for internet and satellite service for TV with ESPN. For the longest time TW and ESPN didn't have a deal in place. Now they do, but in order to use ESPN3 you have to have TW internet and TV service, and have ESPN channels. For most companies just having the internet company is enough, but not for TW. I pay for internet, TV, and ESPN, but because those companies don't have licensing deals I can't access the content online. I don't even mind paying for content, but you have to jump through hoops now for most stuff.
