Hi Mates,

I noticed that some people receive audio equipment to write a review and impressions on them that are sent to the individual from the manufacturers. How does one go about doing this? Do you have to have a special relationship with manufacturers?

I have been reviewing products for over 6 years on various tech sites (not any audio gear though with the exception of the Titanium HD and Vali) and I am a very good writer and blogger, even a beta tester for computer products (no audio equipment though).

How does one go about requesting a manufacturer's product to review? Or do you have to have some kind of close relationship with the manufacturers or have a special relationship with them for that to happen.
