I thought it was pretty good for the price with orthos. OJ said he wasn't too impressed, and I believe suggested the Asgard 2 instead,  which I have not heard myself. May also be worth looking into the Garage1217 amps.

Second the suggestion to look at Garage 1217 amps. Project Sunrise III and Project Ember in particular. I know it may sound crazy but I have a PSIII connected to an Auralic Vega to feed some Denon D5000 cans. Tickling my ears in a very nice way.

I like it. Capable of pushing a lot of juice without distorting and very nicely built for what it is.

I had one before. I liked it with my PM-2. Not so much with my Q701 and HD800. There is this sweet tone compared with my Lyr 2 and Rok. It's sort of reminiscent of the tone I've heard from the HE-6 powered by speaker amp... Sort of.

It's a good, versatile headphone amp that does very well for the money. This kind of highlights the crappy value that the Violectric V200 offers, though.

I own one, but I'm selling it because I want to maximize synergy in my signal chain with each component. My main headphones are LCD-X's, HD800's, HD650's and DT250's.

I've used it with:
HD800's
HD650's
LCD-X's
LCD-2's
DT880's
DT250's
Q701's
HE-400's
Pro 900's

I think it has the best synergy with Hifimans and Beyers. With the rest it has been good and very listenable, but left me wanting more.

Solid amp. Plenty of power to drive planars, but (apparently) can also handle high impedance cans. Also, many have commented about good synergy with AKG 'phones.

SQ: plenty of grip and control, punchy bass, but slightly uneven treble; exaggerates metallics, then rolls-off the highest frequencies.
