Title: ATH-AD700 (modded) Measurements
Post by: ultrabike on November 08, 2013, 05:45:40 AM
Here are the modded ATH-AD700 measurements from the SD meet. The ATH-AD700 mods consisted of removal of the foam from the grill, which was moved to the front of the driver along with some blue tack.

Here are the measurements of the ATH-AD700:

Frequency Response (no smoothing):

Unfortunately these were the last or one to last I measured and meet was over by then. Maybe next time I'll spent more time with them.

The last time I heard, it sounds open, where I can hear the screaming of the audience far left and right. Just that the weight of the music sounds kinda light, and thin to me. I wonder how that correspond to the data measured.
