Heading to this place tonight: http://www.cousinomacul.com/en/

I'm thinking I might get a decent glass of wine!    :)p5

Wow that looks nice.  I actually quite like new world wine, especially wines I have tried from Chile.  I am far from an expert on wine, but when I try similarly priced French/Italian and South African/Argentinian/US/Chilean wines I am almost always going for the latter.  Hope you have a great time!

It was a great night!  The food was good, the wine was outstanding, but the best part was a wonderful show at the end featuring traditional Chilean music and dance.  The vineyard has a long history and the buildings and cellars were spectacular.  I was kicking myself for not having a proper camera with me, but here are the crappy phone pics.

Not wine, but just had some of this stuff tonight, 2012 variety.  Superb!

Those damn Belgians know what they're doing when it comes to making beer!

I have at least one more trip over this year but unfortunately I'm doing the diet thing, so beer and pommel frites are not likely to be part of my program.   :'(
