FAD 1601.  They are also not designed to use tips like the 1602/PF8.  Those tips are interchangeable w/ the adapter in the case for those trying to coax out a more even response at the cost of the intended signature.

Wonder if the measurements change w/ different adapters.

FAD 1601 SB, the brass version.

Fit is notoriously hard to get right on these, and anything but the metal flanges tend to sound bad to me because it obstructs the airflow. With the flanges I find they actually sound a little better than the Piano Fortes / 1602. I tried using some cored tips on the Piano Fortes because I was having really bad fit (they fall out of my ears), but the same thing happened: blocked airflow, worse sound.
