yeh i've read every page of the KGSSHV thread, i still need to sort out the correct BOM and where to source lots of those sold out/obsolete parts.

cool. been wanting to try one of these with SR-007 for a while. will follow thread!
just curious: how much do you expect build minus case is going to land at?
will you use fancy parts or do a more budget friendly one?

Don't know yet lol, i've read someone made it for $800. with med tier parts.
I'm guessing like over 2K to build both including whatever tools I need. but I'm not in a rush and I won't buy all the parts at once, so it shouldn't hit me too hard. Aiming for an end of 2013 finish lol.

$800 is with onboard sinks. The boards you have uses offboard sinks. You can still probably get there if you use stuff from heatsink usa, source raw aluminum panels locally, and tap/drill everything yourself.
