FS: HD800 Tari Mod $22 CONUS

The is the Tari HD800 mod. I'm not sure how it works, but it does. I am assuming the heat is in inverse phase to the hot treble of the HD800, so everything cancels out. The kit includes the sauce and a template for precise application of the sauce.

You don't need it. All HD800s sound the same from an O2. I haven't seen anything statistically significant saying otherwise. Besides, you're a Stax whore and my faith forbids me from selling to you.

I've heard that applying the mod directly to your ears results in a more visceral experience.

I would jump on this guys.  MSRP will be $89 (want to keep it out of the triple digits.)

The Tari mod is actually the only HD800 mod that acts as a transducer.  It was painstakingly developed over years of painstaking development.  It is based on an obscure paper written by the grandchild of someone working for Western Electric in the 1800's.  Deciphering it was hard, and required the help of a similarly precocious grandchild of a nominated Mathematics professor at a distinguished university in Newfoundland.  I'm obviously keeping things as vague as possible to keep competitors from reverse engineering the process.

As the diagrams show, this modification, called the TARI mod (Transducer Also Research Iatromathematics) is truly unique and bothers to address the basic questions that no one asks as they think it makes them sound "dumb."  This is the chief reason science has been such a stagnant field the last 50 years.

But don't take my word for it.  Your ears will give you the proof that your brain may have a hard time accepting.

One caveat is that those in the Southern hemisphere may have a reversal of sound signature from those in the northern hemisphere, due to coriolis effect.  We are working on a workaround to this so I would hold off on buying for now.

Could I get a free Tari with it?
Or maybe they could be sold in bundle...

Tari,
Can you please confirm that your secret sauce is fully compatible with Anti-Vibration Magic? I don't want unexpected consequences of mixing the two!? It might be too powerful in combination?

The whole "vibration" industry is a sham.  Everyone and everything is vibrating imperceptibly all the time.  No interactions worth noting.  I would spend your money elsewhere.

I have heard there is a variation that works equally well rectally. Although the bass is a little less refined, and the  treble can be a little on the hot side. Twice.  :&  Very useful for meetings where you aren't listening to the conversation anyway.

You have to use them in right temperature zone. Thermal blankets are recommended.

Tari,
I want to measure my HD-800 after the mod so I can be sure I've done it right.  Can you tell me where on the Scoville scale my phones should fall for best audio quality?

I heard on another forum that this mod has too few scoville units. Is there an advanced mod for those of us who need something hotter?

Eat a Taco Bell Ghost Pepper taco to increase scovilles in the low end.

No but there is a vegan version they're working on to better compatibility with Audeze pads.

Apply in anti-clockwise direction, tested and true.
