Here are the frequency response graphs for the family of Audeze headphones:

LCD-2r2 vs. LCD-3....me thinks some owners got screwed....

For $1000 extra you would think they would at least kiss you a little bit or include some lube....

The two R1's must be the same graph accidentally right?  They couldn't be matched that well to the exact same L/R driver mismatch.

Further researched that dip. It's an enclosure / pad effect. Moving the headphone a little bit on the measuring rig makes it disappear.
