Let me know if you want me to scout a location or something, Marv.

Also, what do you want to drink (or I'll pitch in cash money)?

I have a call into the Santa Clara Hilton. No idea on price. There were three smallish rooms each 20x20 next to each other.

Only question I have is power. No matter where it is, we have to have power. I would prefer not having to pay the hotel for readily available power a la H3. It nice that way, but also very expensive, and it's my credit card on the line. :-)

Mountain View, Santa Clara, NW San Jose are good spots.

I expect this to turn into a bigger meet than originally planned.

Santa Clara convention center might also be another possibility.

Not coming?  You can bring your 55 gallon drum if you want to 'come'.
LOL nah I'm kinda burnt out right now.  I'll prob go to one of the next big ones up there though.

You're always welcome just to tag along and hang, no gear.  Might be a nice change for you.  You've always got a free ticket up and back, just keep it in mind.

Thanks Purrin. Hope someone brings a EC Super-7. Would love to hear it thru my LCD-2's. :-DD

I'll put tubes in the Super 7 for your LCD-2 depending upon how yours sound.  The Sylvania Chrome Domes bring the upper mids up for the HD650 and LCD-2/3.  Also will probably use the Benchmark for LCD-2.  Will have another DAC next week that should sound better with HD800.

Finally bit the bullet and picked up a used PWD1 upgraded to PWD2...

Can't wait. Thanks.

You guys able to convince Craig to come by? Praying on the longshot of him having a Leviathan prototype for the meet.

He's bringing the NEW 2A3. I think it may have the space-aged heaters.
