Yes.


In the picture, the Gold is the two box wooden affair.  The bigger wooden box next to it is the Liquid Glass prototype, and actually has tubes inside (the production version has external tubes.)  Its still a hybrid though.  The Liquid Fire is to the right of the Liquid Gold/SS/two wooden boxes.  It is a hybrid as well and uses tubes.  Also pictured is the best LCD-3 ever.

Nice..yeah i built that SIngle ended proto he is talking about..better than EHHA by a hair, but that's about it.

WOuld be interesting to hear this new avatar of the LAu

Alex started from scratch with the new LAu, he felt the original SE amp could be improved significantly and this proto version should be remarkably better than that one Sachu. The sims indicate a very fast slew and negligible thd.

Ader!!  That is just ridiculously foolish of us. :).

Been waiting for the LAu for a while now. Really excited about this amp. One of the "big three" dynamic amps on the horizon for me along with Schiit's statement and Craig's upcoming SS.

Can't wait to hear it.
