Kiteki does seem fond of very razor-sharp sound. One of his favorite IEMs in the MDR-EX700. I actually like the EX700 quite a bit myself, but I'm not going to try to invalidate objective measurements just because I happen to like some pain now and then.

It may just not bug him. I know a lot of the headphones you guys complain about being painful don't get that reaction from me. I don't necessarily like them either though.

I was under the impression that the T5p was a sales dud. But this looks terrible. Really terrible. Painfully terrible.

Updated T5 graph. Did not apply bass comp. curves correctly. The T5p should be better sounding now.

There are a number of phones that have ringing in different places btwn channels.  The LCD-2 is one of the better ones that comes to mind...
