I still want to hear the DT48, DT250 and this T5p.

I find it hard to believe the Nazis conquered Europe w/ just treble peaks.

Hard to say.  I was actually most curious about the T5p thinking it had potential.

The sharp 5k and 7k dips on Tyll's graphs are severe ringing. Sharp dips like that on his measurements are almost always ringing. Measurements here show this in a more obvious way.

Also, what up with that seriously high level of distortion, even at 90db, in the midrange?

You'll get a lot of karma points for that one.

I think they may have chased all the good engineers out of Europe.  We got the bomb and they got the treble peaks

I want to borrow a pair of these to write a review.  That would be fun :-)

I mostly talk about music there. Weird.

Here's Kiteki's review of the T5p.  http://www.head-fi.org/products/beyerdynamic-t5p/reviews/6707

I'm not posting this to make fun of him, but because it makes it clear why he feels so threatened by measurements.

He liked the T70 too, though not as much as the T5p.  I thought it was very nice (though pretty bright...) right up until something hit the narrow ringing in the treble.  Then there was an explosion at the consonant factory.

I wonder if he likes his CSDs full of sharp ridges or something?   ???
