Hi,

I'm Kenneth from California. I find this forum while I doing research on the Fostex T50RP mod. I really enjoy the various measurements as a way to compare how various headphone sounds and the knowledge that each respected and experienced members share here who are also in HF. Keep up the good works.

Suggestion: One thing that I miss from most forum is a way for people to keep update with new product release. The idea is to create a topic for each category in a new forum. The rules are: 1. one message per product with a link to product announcement. 2. You cannot post any comments or questions. That way, only new product is posted and people can subscribe to it the topic to be inform of any new product release.

Example:

Forum: Product Announcement
Topics: IEM, Headphone, Amplifiers, Transport and DAC, Accessories (Power Cables, USB Cables, Stands, etc.) Players (Hardware and Software)

You're confusing this forum with head-fi/mouthbreather gadget blog. Most new products fall in the category of likely candidates for the Wall of Shame that we're too lazy to hype up.

Hi! I'm Jake, from the Philippines. I joined up because I wanted to read the wall of shame (and agreed with it!) after looking at the updated DT1350 graphs, which was the main reason I stumbled upon this site again. It made me laugh to see SG up there as a product along with John Grado ;D Don actually (accidentally?) sent me a link from this forum a few weeks ago and I was like, "AH! So this is where you've all been hiding!" since I lurk on HF and read a lot of posts by the members here. I also thought you guys were a lot more entertaining compared to the regular posts on head-fi these days, though I don't think that was intentional.

My username on HF is applehead, but I only use it for the trading section these days. I'm much more active on headphiles, our local headphone forum. I'm also pretty much done with the buying side of the hobby, since my goal was to get a headphone that did every genre I liked really well. I still try to audition as many headphones as I can get my hands on though. I also love reading graphs. Hope I get to stay!

Hi everyone :)  Stumbled here after someone sent me a HE6 CSD in my inbox, later followed by a mysterious invitation.

I like the community you guys have going on here.  I like the distinct lack of fanboyism, and the zeal for objective measurements and assessments.  I'm hoping to see the community here grow, especially because there's not a lot of other places for well-reasoned (and humorous) audio discussion.
