yea. the point is more to identify Pirates based in Europe and then talk about a the opportunity of a meet IRL :)

Shifty as in gearbox? Segregation as in neutral, 1 to X and reverse?

If you want European segragation the EU is already doing it to itself through its inherent indecisiveness in matters like financial control and regulation, immigration, illegal immigrants and less than transparent trade agreements.
