The angled velour pads, though they have been slightly modified. They offer the flatest FR.

I'll take more pictures of the mods later today.

I love HM5 pads. My ears are tall, and I've tried fewer than a dozen headphones that are actually circumaural for me (most of which are Sennheisers). The HM5 save me on many potential headphones because they actually fit.

I own pleather, pleather angled, hybrid, and velour. The only ones I don't have are angled pleather but I've been thinking about trying them with my HD650s.

I also have Lawton pads (he gave me the biggest of a batch) and might grab Audeze pads as well. I roll pads like some people roll tubes.

Even Fostex and Beyerdynamic pads don't fit me, but the Brainwavz pads do.

By the way, they do fit on 650s, but you'll likely destroy the original pad's harder plastic part getting them off the ring. I managed to get them off and on again but the back looks ugly (not that you can see it when they're attached).

I got some angles velour pads for my T90s. While I do like them, I do find they change the sound signature a bit, but I'm not headphone proficient enough yet to describe it. I think them reduce the clarity a little.  Has anyone tried cutting out the center foam on the pads to see what effect that has?

I use a NAD d3020 or a peachtree dacit>crack amp

I would really love a pair of those. I contacted the company to see if they would work on the HD650's, but they gave me some dimensions and I am not sure if they would work on the HD650's or not.

Just want to point out that we have a leather pads that a similar to HM5, but have different sound (better imo) on the Kennerton website. A bit brighter and much more airy. Also punchier bass. Much pricier however. Sorry if its to much PR, I'm trying it in a more informative way :P

Also I do not like protective cloth, I found that it almost always kills air and sometimes makes high rough. For me, almost any earcushions sound better with protective cloth removed. With exception of some custom ones, which uses acoustic cloth (like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Phonocar-04378-Black-Acoustic-Cloth/dp/B004WODZ7A). So if you are experimenting with HM5 pads, I suggest to try to cut it out.

Dimensions. ECL-01 is direct copy of HM5\FA003 pads, while ECL-02 is suited for round headphones, like Denon D2000. Also they are angled.
