No it was Sony IIRC. Paul actually bid for the rights but lost to MJ who outbid him. Rumor is it killed their friendship.

there are members over there that really do not have good hearing , and we will discover them as the ones who do not view yggy to be better than most.
I also feel there can be another agendas as well playing there...

Other than Tyll hertsens who is going to write about the Yggdrasil. I don't think others like John Darko will be doing anything on the Ygg. I am beginning to suspect the lack of professional review on the Ygg could be either due to lack of review units or it could be a more secretive reasoning of not writing a review on a cheaper more high performing dac, as you know that some of these magazines rely on advertisement revenue from these high end boutique dac companies.

have heard about ur chord review... Sorrodje! so it sure raises questions on his reviews if chord products are that bad... Never had and never will spend such amount of money on such products!
