I have LS50s in my room and I'm incredibly happy with them. The Yggy + Rag + LS50 is a great combo, except for that whole get up and change the volume thing.

Subs in a small room can quickly get out of hand. Do you need to reach down to 20 Hz? If not, a full range monitor would probably be easier to work with.

Not sure if I like stuffing one hole or both holes. Tending toward one hole since both holes seems kinda ghey ~Purrin

If you have that much budget you might be happier getting something more exclusive like something from vapor or Selah.  Or the ascend sierra 2 with raal

I've heard very good things about the Sierra 2. I saw one comparison to the LS50s where they came out ahead, so my interest is certainly piqued.

I also have a small dedicated room as you can see below. In my experience you absolutely need to tame reflections so acoustic treatment is a must as well as bass traps. If not the sound will get tiring very fast.
