Thanks, from California back to Augio-GD.

USPS first class mail does not provide tracking other options cost a lot more. Looks like this is the drawback of buying from China. Returning the merchandise can be very expensive.

They are pretty big and reliable when I ship stuff from China.

In China, SF Express is the way to go. With SF, you will need to fill in a bill of goods, and to show that the product origination, etc because Chinese customs is tough. http://origin.sf-express.com/us/en/contact_us/service_hotline.html

You can try TNT, DHL, etc. also.

For USPS, I think you can probably send registered, but not sure if that offers tracking. I think by the time USPS hands over for delivery in Asia, it's mostly via 'EMS'. Not sure about that.

Anyway, you'll need to declare a value, and I suggest you don't list your item to be over $50 because it will get caught up with Customs, unless you have that declaration of the product that it's actually going back to China for repair.

Have you tried contacting AGD for a quick DIY fix first?

Send a message to ohhgourami. He's got a lot of experience with shipping stuff to China and dealing with AGD.

Not sure if I like stuffing one hole or both holes. Tending toward one hole since both holes seems kinda ghey ~Purrin

Thanks all. Audio-GD told me to ship at the lowest cost possible and they want to know the cost in advance in case they need to reimburse me, they need to approve it.

It looks like there is no cheap way to ship to China, the box is 13" long, USPS won't ship first class mail (no tracking). I think international express may be an option at around $53, 13"x 10" x 5", I will go to the post office tomorrow to verify.

The unit is DI-2014, thought it would work with W4S DAC2 HDMI but it didn't. Sent pin definition to Kingwa but still they won't play together.

Trying to get a refund.
