I don't know much about HD800 mods, but I have heard this name come up many times and people seem to be really pleased with it so I would be interested in trying it so long as it's easy to do and easily removable.

Put me down for a tentative one. I don't have an HD800 but I have some friends who do.

p.s. I'm in Canada. If there are other Canadians on the list, would it maybe be easier/cheaper to send one package up and have us distribute from here?

Armaegis, I've never had duties on anything declared as $200 or less and as a gift.

It's always handled with care and if it's insured for that amount there's a signature etc.
The only times I run into problems are some companies like Monoprice that ask for brokerage fees of $10+12% of purchase, but otherwise duties can be circumvented really easily.

Under 3 figures? I'm in, even though I don't own the HD800. Always been putting them off, but this might make me jump on them. Even if I never will, I'll gladly support the cause.

You've been lucky... I've hard charges of $40 on $30 parcels before. Even going through usps I usually have to pay some sort of fees/duties/etc on parcels coming in unless they are small boxes marked as gifts under $50, and even then sometimes they get opened up and checked. Bah, whatever, this isn't the thread to rant about that sort of thing.
