I might be the only person I know that liked it.  Maybe I'm just extra-empathetic, but I could really put myself into their situation and feel the stress of what it would be like to be on that humanity life boat.  The abies coming in was intense.

Most of it was good. Just the Outer Limits ending was annoying to me.

Yeah, the end of Wayward suffered from the "everyone magically turned fuck all stupid for some reason" trope.

I started Mr. Robot, but I think my tinnitus is acting up, so I might just lay off audio for a bit.

I watched all 8 of the new Wet Hot American Summer episodes.

LOVED IT.  Immediately went back and re-watched the film followed by the new documentary.

If you haven't seen the movie, or thought that it was stupid, then don't bother.  If you think you're a serious person, then don't bother.  It's over-the-top absurdity at its best.

Happy Valley. It's a British miniseries, focuses on a cop in a small town who lost her daughter years back. The story is a combination of family drama and an overarching plot revolving around a kidnapping. It's nothing special. The characters are trite, with the good guys being good and the bad guys being unashamedly bad, and the entire thing is set off by one guy being a dumbshit. It's more a less a tale told dozens of times before. But, it's entertaining if you just want to shut your brain off for six episodes.

Twenty Twelve/W1A. The latter is a pseudo-sequel to the former, both are fun satire. Twelve does a "The Office" bit, and is basically about a small committee that's preparing London for the 2012 Olympic games. W1A has the main character from Twelve becoming the "Head of Values" of the BBC, and is (an at times too cartoonish) riff on middle-management and the vague inner-workings of the renowned corporation.

Rick and Morty is great. Though I have a coworker who hates the show mostly because of Rick's voice and the way he says "Morty." He was unable to get past that, which seemed odd to me. Oh well!

What did you think of Bojack season 2? I enjoyed it quite a bit more than the 1st season.

Both seasons of Bojack were phenomenal.

Season 1 of bojack seemed like it took several episodes to hit the mark, whereas season 2 brought it there by the end of the first episode. Great show overall, really glad second season is so good.

Wet Hot American Summer... I admittedly watched the first episode primarily to see how much apparently older everyone would be, and was not disappointed. Then I realized I needed to watch the movie again. Sober. I had never seen it sober. Pretty sure I prefer my inebriated rememberings. Unfortunately I am too responsibility-ridden to watch the entire show drunk or stoned, so its been slower going but pretty good. The constant tension of brutal awkwardness is refreshing.
